Three 8 theory

 Talking about good habits :









8 hours of sleep:  It is what we are recommended to be more productive, feel better and being in good mental condition. Most people need 6 to 9 hours of sleep a day. The quality of a person’s life depends on the dream, as we spend a third of our lives sleeping.

8 hours of work:  It is the maximum that we should devote to work to be productive. Working more than 8 hours reduces productivity and motivation. When you’re done, turn off your computer, schedule next day’s tasks, and do not think about work again. Remember that you work to live, you do not live to work.

8 hours of leisure: Thinking that leisure is not necessary in our day a day life is a big mistake. Leisure is as important as work and rest as it helps us to maintain a more positive mood. Employing time in relationships, hobbies, sports, travel, etc., makes us enjoy life more.

In conclusion, organize your time around this theory, it will help you balance the 3 pillars and lead a healthier and more productive life.

A little bit so far from March 2025

I am afraid opening my business and get a loan with the bank 
The same afraid I had before in moments to decide my paths. How was it ? Very challenging but in the same time I learned it a lot

Company is already registered in Registro Mercantil and the bank account is open too.  

Enjoy the aventure being an entrepreneur becoming a business owner of a company 
Enjoy the path ! Be carefull with distractions (parties, women, addictions) and build good habits
