Write down resolutions ? Hm, I think it´s more worth it to be a doer or maker. To make it happend ! At the bottom of , we know what we do need to do for making our resolutions happend. We "only" need to keep the inner motivation, strength and discipline.
Suddenly I took again my book about "The art of the good life" and read the section about Expectations in our lives and how to manage them, is part of the good life and the author recommend organizing the thoughts: (1) "I have to have it" - represents necesity-, (2) "I want to have it" - a preference, a goal - and (3) "I expect it" - expectation - Interessting !!!

In September I started a new German class by BFZ (Berufliche FortbildungsZentren) focus to get
the B2 TELC certificated language.
We always need someone who can "yield" us or talk to us strong things.
It helps a lot to focus and keeping working in hard times, specially in my current position trying to hunt a Job in Munich !
